Many people that do not sleep enough each night or are experiencing depression sleeplessness find that effects of sleeplessness on the body can be very dramatic in a negative way.  Obtaining the proper amount of sleep each night repairs the injuries that are caused to the body each day during normal everyday activities.  Without enough sleep, the damage cannot be repaired, becoming worse each day as the effects of sleeplessness on the body compound day after day.

Most pregnant women are unaware that their inability to sleep through the night could be caused by increased stress in their daily lives.  Stress has a way of dramatically affecting a person’s life and is most apparent in the changing of their sleeping patterns.  Stress causes pregnancy sleeplessness in increasing numbers each year and reversing the condition can be difficult to accomplish.
